Brooke lives with her husband and beloved critters on a ranch in Lander, Wyoming where she is a high school English teacher, yoga teacher, and student of Dorje yoga under the mentorship of Jessie Fletcher. Brooke’s passion for yoga stems from the undeniable mind-body benefits it has given her over the years, and she finds nothing more fulfilling than sharing that empowerment with others. Prior to teaching, Brooke worked for the Forest Service doing trails work and grizzly bear research. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, Brooke can be found paddle boarding, fly fishing, rock climbing, or writing.
Brooke discovered the Fit Flexy Folk community in the fall of 2017 and was immediately drawn to the realness of it. She says that her goal on social media is “to spread light and build community with others” -- ideals that Fit Flexy Folk shares. She views this community as a place for inspiration and connection, and she is excited to continue to contribute to it via Instagram as well as this online magazine. ॐ
