My name is Brooke Bonfadini, and I am from a small town in northern Virginia. I am currently a student at The University of Virginia studying electrical engineering, but my hobbies mainly include yoga, hiking, and painting. I first found my passion for yoga when my therapist suggested it as a way to combat my anxiety disorder. Since then, yoga has helped me develop a healthier lifestyle that has aided me in managing my anxiety.
I love being a part of Fit Flexy Folk because it gives me an opportunity to share what I have learned about healthy living with others as well as learn from so many new people.
