This ALL LEVELS workshop has been designed to build strength and stability in your yoga practice. We’ll begin with a slow-moving flow that’s been sequenced to focus on warming the muscles around the spine to safely prepare the body for backbends. Then we’ll shift our focus to building internal heat with a unique combination of yoga-based strength drills. Ali will provide handouts of the drills. We’ll end the workshop by working on a number of heart openers including upwards facing dog, bow pose, dancer, camel, and wheel. There will be opportunities to ask questions and modifications will be offered to accommodate beginners & advanced practitioners.Props are not required but are highly encouraged. Blocks, straps, and blankets are recommended. *a belt or scarf is a great substitute for a yoga strap and any type of blanket will work!* Tickets $25
