When I was a little girl I loved to write in notebooks. I would start to write about my day or begin to write the first chapter of a book. My problem was, I loved the process of beginning a writing-project but I could never bring myself to finish what I started.
As I got older I found myself coming back to journaling as a way to process my thoughts. The process of putting my pen on paper forced me to comb through what I was thinking. It also became a space for me to dream and figure out what I wanted in my life.
Fast forward to a couple of months ago. I asked myself - what can I do to serve my community? How can I help these individuals live a more intentional life? So I asked you all what kind of project you would like to see from me. I gave you a number of things to pick from and the overwhelming response was for me to make a journal guide.
I believe that having a guide and questions to answer each day is an amazing way to focus your journaling. This 30-day guide is a way for you to make a promise to yourself to finish what you started. On top of that, I want to provide you with another way to hold yourself accountable. I'm creating a closed Facebook group for anyone who purchases my journal guide. This way you're not only promising yourself to journal for 30 days, but you're also promising a community of your peers.
I'm excited to take this adventure with you all. I spent a lot of time carefully crafting the questions & organizing them into our 30 days.
