Fruity Summer Salad

Total time: 12 minutes

ingredients

Spring Mix
1/4 Avocado
2 Strawberries
1 Kiwi
6 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
2 oz. Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. Goddess or Balsamic Dressing

Steps

  1. Slice the avocado, strawberries, kiwi, and chicken into bite sized pieces.
  2. Fill your bowl with a couple of handfuls of spring mix.
  3. Assemble the sliced toppings on top of the spring mix.
  4. Top with feta and dressing.
  5. Toss & Enjoy!
